Staying Safe with Broadway Events

At Broadway Events, we are dedicated and committed to ensuring that the health and safety of our visitors, staff, contractors and exhibitors is at the forefront of our attention.

We are aware that Government Guidelines are changing therefore please understand the below guidelines may change. We will put every effort into ensuring we keep you updated along the way. We will adhere to local and national guidance and law, plus the guidance provided by each individual venue.

What to expect at any of our events:


  • Masks to be worn at all times (unless exempt). We will be able to provide a mask for any attendee or staff member that needs one.
  • Additional signage will be put at the entrance and at points around the hall with information and guidance to keep you safe.
  • Self-printing of badges and contactless badge scanning where possible and applicable.
  • Capacity will be managed to make sure social distancing is adhered too with possible staggered entry time slots.
  • Temperature checks may be done at registration.
  • We support the government Track and Trace system.



  • Filtered ventilation to keep the air clean and free of germs
  • Cloakrooms maybe available but with limited capacity
  • Stands designs and seating plans will be optimized to fall in line with social distancing
  • The floorplan will be designed to have wider aisles
  • A one way system with floor arrows will be implemented
  • The seminar and workshop areas will be re-designed to make them Covid safe and adhere to social distancing


Enhanced Cleaning…

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided at key points
  • Cleaning will be increased especially on high touch areas
  • Screens may be put in place at service counters
  • All food and beverages will be pre-packaged and ready to take away
  • Contactless payments will be encouraged
