15 Sep Vibrant Childcare Event Returns to Ricoh Arena Next Week
Next week the doors to Childcare Expo Midlands will open to the early year’s community on Friday 25th September for this buzzing and vibrant two day exhibition at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena.
Exhibitors for this year’s event are busy planning their stands, packing them full with their latest products and innovative services for childcare professionals to explore. Many companies are offering special show discounts, making the event the perfect opportunity to stock up on resources from the biggest brands in the sector. There is also the chance to win big with some fantastic competitions on offer including the chance to win a Kindle Fire HD6 from Aspect Group of Prospect, a free place on a Paediatric First Aid course from British Red Cross and an outdoor fuel and car wash station worth £499.95 from TTS. For early birds, Oxford Children’s Books are giving away free books to the first 50 customers to their stand or you can visit Books at Press’s stand to join their ‘Mini Beast Hunt’ to try and win their The Tiny Ants Resource Pack.
Alongside the exhibition stands, a variety of features are also accessible for attendees. Educational seminars hosted by speakers who are passionate about sharing their early year’s knowledge will be taking place throughout the event. Hear from Sarah Steel, Rosa Collins, Lorraine Petersen and many more as they talk about the issues childcare providers face and how to overcome them.
For some fresh ideas for childcare settings there will also be hands-on workshops where participants can get involved with activities such as Magical Mark Making, Makaton and First Aid Training from British Red Cross. Those looking for some inspiration for creating different environments within their settings can visit the Learning Location created by TTS which allows visitors to explore a range of scenes ideas including role play, engaging environments and messy play.
Entry into Childcare Expo is free, workshops are also free to attend and seminar sessions cost just £12 when booked in advance and £15 when booked at the show. Click here to register for your free tickets.
